English: Wheat field near Teffont Evias. This view looking south-east is of wheat fields on the north side of the shallow valley of the River Nadder. Behind the line of trees on the far side of the field is the Salisbury to Yeovil railway line and beyond that the River Nadder. On the left is the roof of the cottage next to a level crossing over the railway line. The wood in the distance is Fovant Wood formerly used as an ordnance depot. See also 899285 |
