Summary

Description
English: The disused railway line and the river Derwent, near Gunby, East Riding of Yorkshire, England.
West of the river, the land is marshy, and the line approaches the river over a series of nine, brick built arches of which five were captured by the photograph. It is not possible to cross the river using this structure without desperate manoeuvres in thick undergrowth.
