Summary

Description
English: Crumlin Navigation Colliery Although long disused, this still has considerable presence. The building bottom left was the fan house with a pair of big Walker "indestructible" fans. The concrete fan drift can be seen curving out of the pit bank. This fan house containec two Walker Bros horizontal twin tandem 4 cylinder triple expansion steam engines and one is now in the National Museum of Wales Nant Garw store.
