English: Church at Bursea, East Riding of Yorkshire, England. A Chapel of Ease, by William Butterfield for Thomas Sotheron Estcourt, 1870-2. It only cost £350 but Butterfield had a two year battle with the builder to get it completed to his satisfaction - from York & East Yorkshire by Pevsner.
There was a medieval chapel in the hamlet, prior to this building, but it was not on this site.
