View eastward, towards Ystalyfera and Swansea (St Thomas); 'Brynamman LMS' until 1950, this was the terminus of the isolated ex-Midland line from Swansea (St Thomas) via Ystalyfera. It was just across the road from but not connected to the GWR station - see latter. It was closed to passengers on 25/9/50, to goods on 28/9/64. |
