Summary

Description
English: Bottom of the Trough This is where Sleightholme Beck emerges from a limestone gorge and starts to open out into a more V-shaped valley. The photo was taken on an exploratory kayak descent - there was not really enough water to put back on quite at this point, but this is where the difficulties of the narrow gorge above ease up and paddling this section looks an interesting prospect for an even wetter day.
