Charleton is a parish in Devon consisting of two hamlets:
- West Charleton, the larger village; and
- East Charleton, a hamlet
The villages are found a mile and a half south-east of Kingsbridge on the triangular tongue of land between two tidal creeks; the Frogmore Creek to the south feeding into the main Kingsbridge Estuary to the west.
In 2001 the combined population of the parish was 511.
The parish church, St Mary's, stands in West Charleton.
