Willey is a civil parish in Herefordshire, adjacent to the border with Radnorshire. The civil parish corresponds to the township of the ancient parish of Presteigne, one of five in Herefordshire. It borders the township of Stapleton to the south; Lingen to the east; Brampton Bryan to the north; and Norton (in Radnorshire) to the west.

The main source of employment is farming and there were a total of 61 residents in the parish at the 2001 census.[1]
