New RossNew Ross is a town in south-west County Wexford, around twelve and a half miles north-east of Waterford. It stands on the River Barrow, which here forms the border with County Kilkenny. The town's western suburbs lie across the river in the latter county. In 2011 New Ross had a population of over 9,316 people, making it the third-largest town in the county, after Wexford and Enniscorthy. (Read more) |
