Rhaeadr y Cwm is a long, ribbon waterfall on the River Cynfal in Merionethshire. Its name simply means 'Waterfall of the Valley'. In form it is not a single plunge but is a cascade down the narrow rocky valley.

Another noted waterfall, Rhaeadr Cynfal, lies further down the river, two and a half miles to the west.
