Preston Wynne is a small village in Herefordshire seven miles north-east of Hereford, and twelve miles south-east of Leominster. The population of the parish at the 2011 census was 172.
This is the site of a mediæval chapel and several ancient ring ditches.
To the east of the village lies the distinct hamlet of Preston Marsh.
