Penkelly Hundred is one of the hundreds of Brecknockshire, adjacent to the border with Glamorgan. It is situated in the south of the county, bounded to the north-west by Merthyr Hundred; to the north-east by Talgarth Hundred; to the south-east by Crickhowell Hundred; to the south by Glamorgan; and to the west by Devynnock Hundred. It had a population of 5,601 in 2011.
It comprises the ancient parishes of:
