Lough Curra Mound, otherwise called Lough Curra Mountain is a small mountain of 1,970 feet in the Galtee Mountains, in County Tipperary. It rises up on the north-east side of a large tarn, Lough Curra, from which this peak takes its name.
The lough lies in a corrie on the north escarpment of Galtymore, the highest of the Galtees, with Lough Curra Mound no more than a small hill on the north-east shore, but still with a summit of impressive elevation.
