Llanwenog is a parish in Cardiganshire two miles north-west of Llanybydder, Carmarthenshire. In 2011 the population of Llanwenog was 1,317.[1]
The parish includes the villages of Cwmsychbant, Highmead, Aber, Drefach and Rhuddlan.
The Llanwenog sheep is a breed of domestic sheep which was developed in the 19th century.
