Leath Ward is one of the wards of Cumberland. It is situated in the south-east of the county, bounded to the south by Westmorland; to the east by County Durham; to the north-east by Northumberland; to the north by Eskdale Ward; to the north-west by Cumberland Ward; and to the west by Allerdale below Derwent Ward.
The hundred comprises the ancient parishes of:
*: Mosedale township. Remainder in Allerdale below Derwent Ward.
†: Middlesceugh and Braithwaite township. Remainder in Cumberland Ward.
The ward had a population of 31,594 in 2011.
