Jason West Cay is a small island of the Jason Islands, stretching north-westward from the main group of the Falkland Islands.
This is the northernmost and the westernmost of the Jason Islands and of all the Falkland Islands. To the east lies Jason East Cay, which in turn lies to the west of Steeple Jason Island.
