Hawkesborough Hundred in Sussex

Hawkesborough is a hundred of Sussex, in the Rape of Hastings. It had a population of 6,766 in 2011.

It comprises the ancient parishes of:

• Burwash (part)^*
• Heathfield (part)^†
• Mayfield (part)^‡
• Wadhurst (part)^§
• Warbleton (part)^‖

^*: Extends into Henhurst hundred.
^†: Partly in Dill hundred, Rape of Pevensey.
^‡: Mostly in Loxfield Camden hundred, but also extends into Dill hundred (Both Rape of Pevensey).
^§: Mostly in Loxfield Camden hundred, Rape of Pevensey, but also extends into Shoyswell hundred.
^‖: Extends into Foxearle hundred.
