Hamhaugh Island is an island in the River Thames at TQ071656, close to Shepperton Lock, near Shepperton, and like Shepperton it belongs to Middlesex. The island is mainly residential with a total of 46 houses and a communal green.

Access to the island is on foot from Shepperton Lock, across Lock Island and then across a weir. A second weir, without foot access, connects the island to the right bank. Although the island is close to Weybridge, the town can only be reached from there by boat.

The island's south bank is the southernmost point of Middlesex. Upstream lies Pharaoh's Island and downstream D'Oyly Carte Island.
