Hambledon Hundred is a hundred in Hampshire, situated in the south-east of the county. It had a population of 7,824 in 2011.

It comprises the majority of the ancient parish of Hambledon, except the tything of Burwell, which forms part of Meonstoke Hundred. There are also three parcels of land in the village which form part of Finchdean.
