Egypt is a tiny hamlet in Aberdeenshire, close to the coast east of New Aberdour. It is by Quarry Head (and indeed by the hamlet of Quarryhead), east of Aberdour Bay.
Egypt lies off any main road: the B9031 runs to the south of it, and it is reached up a short lane off the minor road between Peathill and New Aberdour.
