Diddington is a tiny farming village in Huntingdonshire, near Buckden, south west of Huntingdon. It is in the Toseland Hundred.
The village stands beside the A1, north of St Neots and not far from the River Great Ouse. It is a hamlet of only a dozen houses and cottages strung out along a quiet country lane to nowhere as the road is a dead end. A grand mansion once stood here; Diddington Hall. A number of estate buildings of architectural note remain and are in use for purposes much as they were intended.
Diddington Hall has long since been pulled down but the park which belonged to the house remains and here stands the parish church with its rather unusual mid-16th century west tower and porch, both built of brick.
The village has no pub, nor any other retail outlets but it does have a Village Hall, located in the old school.
