The Culloden Viaduct

Dalroy is a hamlet in the parish of Croy and Dalcross in Nairnshire. It is situated on the river Nairn, 11 miles south west of the county town Nairn. At Dalroy stands the impressive 1800-ft long 29-span Culloden, or Nairn Viaduct, opened in 1898 as part of the Inverness and Aviemore Direct Railway.
