Combe is a small village and civil parish in Herefordshire, adjacent to the border with Radnorshire. The civil parish corresponds to the township of the ancient parish of Presteigne, one of five in Herefordshire.

The village lies two miles east of Presteigne itself near the confluence of the Hindwell Brook and the River Lugg.[1]
