Ballycotton Island is a small island off the south coast of County Cork. It is in the east of the county's long shoreline, a little offshore from the Parish of Ballycotton from which it is named. The village is on the headland of which lies the island. On the island stands Ballycotton Lighthouse.

The island marks the western edge of Ballycotton Bay.
