Moulton Fen is an area of the Great Fen in Holland, the south-eastern part of Lincolnshire, encompassing in essence the parish of Moulton, of which the main village is Moulton. It lies between Whaplode Fen to the east and Weston Fen to the west, all of which are fens to the east Spalding and the River Welland.

Across this fen is a scatter of little villages and hamlets including Moulton, Moulton Seas End, Moulton Eaugate and Moulton Chapel.
Moulton Marsh, in the north of the parish, is a nature reserve in the care of the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust.[1]
