The parish church at Kirkton

Tough is a parish in Aberdeenshire five miles south-east of Alford. This place is situated partly in the northern and western portions of the Corrennie range, or "Red hill" and partly in the vale of the River Don, occupying that extension of it called the Vale of Alford.

The parish church in Kirkton was built in 1838 and is a Category B listed building.
