Cannich is a village at the southern end of Strathglass in Inverness-shire, about 26 miles west of the county town Inverness. It is at the furthest point of the A831 that loops around the Aird from Beauly to Drumnadrochit.
It is home to Strathglass Shinty Club, considered to be the oldest organised Shinty Club in the world.
For visitors, there is a Caravan Park, Chalet Park, The Slaters Arms (Dining and Luxury Cabins) and a well-stocked Spar store. There are many opportunities for Hill and Glen walking in the local area.
