Horncastle Soke, shown within Lindsey, Lincolnshire

Horncastle Soke is a wapentake in the Parts of Lindsey, the northern division of Lincolnshire. It had a population of 14,323 in 2011. It is bounded by Gartree Wapentke to the west; by Hill Hundred to the north-east; by Bolingbroke Soke to the south-east; and by Kirton Wapentake in Holland to the south. There is also a short border with Langoe Wapentake to the south-west.

It comprises the following ancient parishes:
