Blackenhurst is a hundred in the south-east of Worcestershire, adjacent to the border with Gloucestershire. It is bounded by Oswaldslow hundred to the west and north; and by Gloucestershire to the east and south. There are short borders with Warwickshire to the north, including the detached part of Oldberrow, which is detached from the rest of the hundred, and almost totally detached from the county. Blackenhurst hundred had a population of 34,242 in 2011.
It comprises the ancient parishes of:

- Bretforton
- Church Honeybourne
- Church Lench (Atch Lench and Sheriffs Lench hamlets)*
- Great Hampton
- North Littleton
- Norton and Lenchwick
- Offenham
- Oldberrow
- Wickamford
