Maiden Pap is a delightfully shaped hill in the south of Caithness, above the upper reaches of Berriesdale: the closest hamlet and the best climbing point is Braemore. It rises to 1,411 feet at its summit.

The hill is distincltly breast-shaped, hence its name and forms a pair with the neighbouring hill, of the same shape, and these twin hills are together known as the Maiden Paps.
