Pilot Hill is a hill in northern Hampshire, at 938 feet is the highest point in the county.

The hill is part of the scarp of the North Hampshire Downs, a chalk ridge within the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The upper slopes are open calcareous grassland, while the lower slopes are wooded.

The north face of the hill lies in Berkshire and Berkshire's own county top, Walbury Hill, lies just a mile and a half away, the two joined by the Wayfarer's Path, a long-distance footpath which follows the top of the ridge of the Downs.
