Folkington is a little hamlet in Sussex, on a dead-end lane on the South Downs to the west of Eastbourne, where the Downs plunge into the sea. Its lane leads off the A27 road and to the east of Polegate, contiguous with the townscape of Eastbourne. To the west of Wilmington.

The Long Man of Wilmington, a hill figure which has become a famed symbol of Sussex, is on the hill above Folkington and Wilmington.
